PRIVACY POLICY:


All information gathered by Mother To Child is kept strictly confidential and will NEVER be given to any third party, company or individual. Information provided is used only for order processing and accounting.


SHIPPING POLICY:


Mother To Child has FREE ground shipping on orders over $125.00 in the contiguous United States. There is an additional charge to ship to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico - please call for rates. We at this time do not ship Internationally.


We ship all orders UPS or USPS. Orders can take anywhere from 3-10 business days to be received. We make every effort to ship by the following business day. Some items ship direct from the manufacturer at their preferred shipping method.

RETURN POLICY:


If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly refund or exchange your purchase price (less shipping and handling) within 30 days (unless otherwise stated). Returns must be in unopened, unused condition in original packaging with all original documentation included. A 20% restocking fee will be assessed on all returned/refused items. . On Strollers: unless the stroller is defective - once a stroller is used outside - we cannot take it back. All warranty issues must be dealt with the manufacturer.


Mother To Child is not responsible for shipping charges on returned items. Returned item shipping charges are incurred by the customer.


EXCHANGES:


Customer must pay shipping charges both ways for new item. Item being exchanged will follow the policy stated above for returns. There is no free shipping on shipping out of new item.


DAMAGED PRODUCT UPON RECEIPT:


Any product that was damaged in transit, customer MUST notify Mother To Child within 3 business days to process claim with said shipping agent.


RECEIPT OF ORDER:


Customer MUST notify Mother To Child within 48 hours of receipt of order if there is a problem with said order.
